Oh, What to do with my tax return

Well, I will be getting my tax return soon and am not sure which project to handle first. here is a list of things...
Priority one- New clothes and shoes for Maddie- so important it precedes any numbers to front of list.
1) Finish Sun room
2) Finish kitchen
3) repaint large bedroom
4) new washer
5) new couch
6) install open closet in large bedroom
7) finish basement
8) redo sidewalks
9) new roof
10) pay off Credit card

Not to mention things I'd like to purchase with my tax return

1) new bass guitar amp
2) new pedals for Gary's guitar
3) a vacation to somewhere warm in the next 2 weeks
4) Dance classes for Maddie for a whole year.
5) passport card so I can see my sis in Canada.

Yup, there's a lot of things I want to do but don't know where to start.
